My 1st Thankfulness Post for our Thanksgiving blessings!!

>> Monday, October 25, 2010

I didn't even realize it began yesterday.. we were busy with the Fall Festival with the church.

I have so many things to be thankful for.  I'm gonna first start with my husband.
My husband has always made it where I could stay home with the children.  He has loved me through everything we've ever been through.  He supports me in most all things unless he has wisdom as to why the answer should be "no."  He listens to me, takes in my thoughts and then we make decisions together.  He doesn't like to go anywhere without me.  He loves to be with me and the girls even if it's just watching a show on t.v.  He is loving, gentle yet firm when needed.  He always makes sure we have what we need. (which God does first, I know!)  :)  He is giving and he helps every person he can... sometimes even when it's going to leave us very tight... and I firmly agree with him doing it.  He does his best to follow the Lord and lead us.  He encourages me to be a better person.  He loves my family!  Even when he's nervous in a crowd like yesterday at the Fall Festival he made the best of it.  He's been strong enough to get through with his Daddy going through this stage 2 lymphoma.  And strong enough to have tears when they were impossible to hold back and has held me when I've cried.  We've been through so much with my health and such and he has stood by me.  He always tries to help the girls and I to have fun and do things.  He takes us on wonderful adventures.  He is loving and cuddling with me and the children.  He has so much knowledge about different things and I learn from him so much.  I'm just very thankful for him and this post could be forever long.
I am thankful for the man I married.

Beautiful roses my husband sent me about 3 weeks ago.
I loved them so much that when they dried I moved them to the Victorian bathroom.  They look beautiful even dried.
I'll have to take a pic of them dried.
My hubby can be so thoughtful!
